Mennula
A Sicilian café and pastry shop. Granita flavours change with the months: the year’s calendar scrolls sideways and marks the current month. “Mennula” means almond.
The year’s flavours
The section stays put and the months slide sideways, with seasonal flavours and the current month highlighted.
The site, top to bottom
The full home page, as someone arriving from Google sees it.
The starting point
On Sundays the counter is packed and the phone rings for trays: orders must arrive already written, with items, total and pickup time.
